All my materials are “archival”. Acid free paper,matting and backing. Pastels and oils are vetted for lightfastness, reproductions of photographic images are created with pigment based Epson ink on high quality paper. Copies of my original work and photographic images are printed in limited editions of 250.
After 30 years at the Torpedo Factory Art Center, I have moved to my home studio in Potomac. I have added photography (portrait and landscape) to my repertoire and hope to continue to see my clients and add to my growing list of 2nd generation subjects.
I have been best known for portraits of children. Children are automatically beautiful …we talk and I photograph them thinking. The results are portraits with character.
With subjects of any age, I hope to convey my sense of who they are as well as how they look.
